Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most common malignancies in Korea. Extrahepatic metastases from hepatocellular carcinoma are not rare and now diagnosed more frequently due to improved diagnostic
methods
and prolonged survival. HCC commonly metastasizes to lung, lymph node, bone and adrenal gland, but rarely to central nervous system, gastrointestinal tract, oral cavity, and so on. Diagnosis of extrahepatic metastases is difficult because of atypical presentation. We report two cases of hepatocellular carcinoma, which metastasized to mandible and mesentery, respectively.
